Monologue Reflection

This experience really brought a lot of new ideas about monologue and performance. I think I did pretty well on "do not being too nervous". What I mean by "do not being too nervous" isn't that I was not nervous when I was on the stage, I was meaning that I didn't make it too obvious, cause I didn't touch my hair or shaking my body. I think I should improve the volume of my voice, I don't think the audiences are able to clearly hear what I said. I need to make sure that everyone can hear and make them feel comfortable to hear. I think Lauren did really good on her performance. First of all, she remembered all her lines in the monologue. Secondly, her voice was really loud, so everyone was able to hear her voice. Thirdly, her emotion and performance is the most important thing that I need to work on. I really respect that. I think the most important thing we need to work on is confidence. We always feel nervous on the stage is because we still being shy and don't feel confidence.
