I think the poem is about to tell people that trust yourself and believe in yourself. You could do anything that you want.

I think the girl got hurt in a relationship with another person, so that made her really lost and sad. But finally, she found out that she doesn’t need this person anymore, she could face everything by herself. Also, she was telling this person that she doesn’t want this person to back to her life.
