Notes of p94-p99

I really love how Ed says to Christopher that he wants to build trust between them. I also love how they give Christopher a puppy and let Christopher name the dog. That definitely helps them build trust and everything. At the beginning of the scene, Ed says that he's sure that Christopher got good grades on the A level test, that shows that Ed started to trust Christopher and see him as a good kid. This scene makes a really impressive contrast to the beginning of the story of how Ed doesn't even want to talk to Christopher. I guess the reason why Chris does not want to go to London is that there are too many people in London and he does not want to deal with it since strangers always treat him badly.
